Devoncourt Hotel Last Saturday saw the garden lights at the Devoncourt Hotel & Apartments being switched in fron of a crowd of several hundred well wishers. Andrew Stoneman, Manager of the Hotel, says that the lights aren’t just for their residents, the gardens are open to the public to visit to see the lights any day between now and January 3rd 2011.
